Gratitude Documented Day 12 | Bible Journaling Process Video

ACS_0912

Hey, friend! Today I’m sharing the process video for my Gratitude Documented day twelve journaling bible entry 🙂

This entry is all about God’s greatness! The word greatness used here in Psalm 145:2-3 means majestic or majesty.

“Every day I will praise you

and extol your name for ever and ever.

Great is the LORD and most worthy of praise;

his greatness no one can fathom.”

I stuck to three colors for this entry using Target’s handmade modern paints in addition to the Liquitex heavy body acrylic in light portrait pink.

I started my page by creating this gold crown. I cut a crown shape out of white card stock and proceeded to cover it in gold foil. That did not go as planned, leaving me with large white patches and glue-y fingers. I decided to get even more messy and cover the rest of the white paper with gold glitter embossing powder. It did the job and left this crown looking very homemade. I love it 🙂

For the finishing touches on my page I used this silicone media tool from Dina Wakley/ Ranger Ink to create patches of light pink dots. I wanted the light pink to pop off the darker teal and brick colored paint. I think it worked out well 😀

You can watch the entire process video here. And even though the Gratitude Documented physical kit (from DaySpring) is no longer available, you can still grab the *free* prompts from the Print & Pray Shop. It is never too late to get started.

OR, you could pick up the 100 Days of Grace & Gratitude devotional journal to create in. The first thirty prompts from the book match the Gratitude Documented kit and you get wonderful devotional content from Shanna Noel ❤

No matter where you create you will not regret participating! See you soon!

❤ Jillian
